Two ways to work with us
We work to whatever arrangement suits your project. Contractors and developers often take supply-only; designers and end clients tend to prefer a complete package.
Panels specified, ordered, and delivered to your site or depot. You manage the installation with your own team. Ideal for contractors and fit-out teams who have installation capability in-house.
A complete turnkey package. We specify, supply, deliver, and install — leaving a finished wall ready for the next trade or handover. One point of contact, one invoice, zero coordination headache.
The process
From first contact to finished wall, typically 3–5 weeks depending on project scale and installation scope.
Send us your project brief — dimensions, finish preferences, timeline, and whether you need supply only or supply and fit. The more detail, the faster we can respond with a meaningful quote.
Response within 24 hoursFor installation projects, we visit the site before finalising the quote. This lets us confirm the substrate condition, assess any preparatory work needed, and give you an accurate fixed price — no surprises.
London & South East coverageA clear, itemised quote covering every element of the project. Once accepted, we take a deposit and place the production order with GoldDoor. Your panels are produced specifically for your project.
Fixed price, no hidden costsPanels are manufactured in Poland and shipped to the UK on your project timeline. Typical production and transit time is 2–3 weeks. We keep you updated throughout and confirm delivery dates in advance.
2–3 weeks production & transitSupply-only projects receive a pallet delivery to site or depot. Supply and fit projects: our installation team arrives on the agreed date, installs to a finished standard, and leaves the site clean and ready for handover.

Our installation service covers London and the South East as standard. For larger projects, we travel further — supply-only is available anywhere in the UK with pallet delivery.
